Abstract: The article reveals an analysis of infant mortality over a ten-year period of the introduction of WHO technologies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of the study was to analyze infant mortality in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period from 2008 to 2018. The authors conducted an analysis and consistent interpretation of the results. As a result, it was found that in order to further reduce the infant mortality rate and save each life, a constant comprehensive analysis of the indicators is necessary taking into account the structure of infant losses.
