El objetivo de estos organismos es definir planes y programas que permitan abordar estos temas frente a las situaciones particulares que se presentan en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo de Especialidades M\u00e9dicas est\u00e1 conformado por Directores de Postgrado de las facultades y su primera reuni\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 lugar el d\u00eda 11 y 12 de agosto en la ciudad de Cartagena.
